The Risk of East Antarctic Collapse & Tipping-points (REACT) Initiative is designed to cultivate new science understanding relevant to society, through enhanced multinational coordination of research activities and logistics, focused on vulnerabilities that might rapid East Antarctic Ice Sheet retreat, and implications for global and regional ocean sea level and freshwater budgets.
